Question which is better injen CAI or K&N typhoon intake?



which is better cuz i am ging to buy one and i need yo kno which is best... problem is k&n is a SR, looks funny, but injen is CAI looks alot better but right now i need to kno which is better. and do both come wit that MAS peice wit it

OH YEA IF I WANTED TURBO HOW DO I GO ABOUT AND FINDIN WHAT IS BEST FOR MY LANCER I ONLY HAVE A ES SO WORK WITH ME.

RRM SRI, is it really gonna help my proformance? cuz wit the injen rd cai i will get atleast 10-15 hp

10-15 is kinda an inflated number. More like 5... And really its about the same for both SRI and CAI. Even more so if you have a hood vent.

but how bout the k&n arent thier SR intake sopose to be good i mean the typhoon **** whats so good bout that?

the SRI and CAI are pretty different, there are many different kinds of each. A lot of the companies that make the SRI and the CIA use a K&N air filter. CAIs get more hp but if u live in a rainy area it probably isnt the best mod to have. personaly i like the RMR SRI and the AEM CAI. but thats just me.

Do you drive a stick or auto? That should help you make your decision a little bit.

Everyone here knows that RRM is a good company. They may have some hiccups, but they're very awesome to helping out Lancer owners.

cai Isnt a good Idea. The rrm one has alot better design. And if I recall right its less expensive
