have you guys ever tried getting that freakin thing on ebay that supposed to boost your hp by 15-20 percent , well i was just curious one day and bought the darn thing for about like 99 cent plus shipping...well i just recieved it and it was just a freakin resistor that i can buy at radioshack or in my shop(i am an electrician) i figured i just try it out but now when i disconnaected the IAT sensor.. it had three openings and the resistor only has two leads. hmmm any suggestions....

 

i tried out some combinations of it and got the cel to come on... i connected it back on and waited 5 minutes and it went out.......scam i guess. maybe need to look at a schematic.......!?

There are about 2 dozen threads on this thing includign 1 or 2 installs and 20 or so threads saying why it wouldn't work/isn't smart.

try searchfing for ebay resistor.

 

yeah i was just bored i guess....

 

relist the resistor on e-bay and try to get your money back

imagine the number of threads that will restart and dig up.... that would give Hobie something to do next weel (readdress the repost non searched topic agian for the 8,628th time)..... LOL
