Please need help ASAP

Hey I have a 03 lancer ozrally got the code 300 a day after I slid like 50ft almost crashing but I changed the spark plus got coils did the valve cover with toob seals took out the fuel pump checked the strainer it seemed to be ok it only does it after its warmed up at first it was a little and just at low rpm now it's just whenever wen I drive but I can sit and hold the ide for the most part please help me
