Will 235/45/17 tires fit with no rub?
Will there be any rubbing issues or offset issues?
These are the rims im planning on getting
Exel - Mimi (Gunmetal)

Gunmetals match thunder grey paint very closely right or hyperblack matches better?

I know the newbies don't know any better, but you're one of the better posters on this forum. I ran a search for "tire size lancer" and found that on the stickied thread at the top of the suspension forum, first and second page, is a discussion where everyone agrees that you can't fit anything wider than 215 (225 if you're lucky) on a US Lancer.

You may want to rethink your question dude. Why would 235/45/17 rub? That is the size of the stock advans. It even says it on the sidewall.

Oh sorry, I thought he was talking about an Evo. I am not used to seeing posts about base Lancers on this forum.

Thanks Neal, I edited it. Hm, I didn't realize it would get both audiences in this forum, but I moved it since the sticky now answers that question for all 02/03 Lancers.
