As the title says, new Evo owner here! Just picked up a 2006 Mitsubishi Evolution off a member here, so some of you may recognize the car. Only had the car for 1 day so far and loving it! Here's a little more info on me and some of my previous car projects.
My first project was a 1990 VW Jetta Coupe. I'll admit at first I riced this bad boy out, but in my own defense I was young and just starting out in the car scene. Thankfully I worked with some VW enthusiasts who pointed me in the right direction. Had basic upgades such as intake, exhaust H&R ultra-low coilovers, Corrado widened steelies, small euro bumpers, and more... End result was this:

Regrettably I ended up selling that, and a couple of years later picked up a 1988 Mazda RX7 convertible with 60k orig miles for free (under not so good circumstances though, inherited from uncle who passed away). This has been my project over the past 3 years. Again basic mods: K&N intake, RB exhaust, JIC coilovers, Advan SA3 wheels, CF diffuser, roll bar, Recaro JDM RSX-S seats, RE-Spec side skirts (to be added when re-painted). Its going in within the next week or so to get fully re-painted and some shaving done. Future plans include a black interior swap and most likely an LS1 swap. Some pics:

And last but not least the Evo. Now normally I wouldn't buy an already modded/built car, but this thing was a great deal, very clean and well built - so an exception was made. Here is a picture I snapped with my phone, just picked it up yesterday so havent had a chance to clean it up yet and take good pictures.

Still figuring out exactly what the plans are for this but will be removing the bumper/side skirt canards and new wheels for sure.

Congrats again Kevin. Gonna miss that car but I know this car is in great hands! Sick RX7 BTW!
On another note, hella flush isn't frowned upon here (theres a thread dedicated to it and there are tons of super clean, high performance Evo's there). Go with what you want and disregard anyone elses opinion.
Enjoy the car my friend!

Who gives a **** what's frowned upon? Lol, you guys care too much of what others think.
Welcome, Kevin!
