Does anyone have a turbo on their Automatic Lancer ES? I was looking at buying a turbo kit, and the manufacturer states that it works for AT, but will it damage the torque converter or anything?

 

Vince has one (Guru Del) I think he has an OZ but its an AT hope that helps.

hmmm ... i'm thinking of the same thing... is it really good? how much hp does it add?

 

Put an intercooler on it if you can. I got to ride shotgun in Vince's car before the turbo, after the turbo, and after the intercooler. The turbo was like "yeah, the car has more pickup" but the intercooler was like "whoa! I'm being pressed back into the seat!" Never thought a compact sedan could do such a thing

 

with the IC... do you feel a lot of low-end power?
