First Post!

Hello everyone,
As you can probably tell my account stats are pretty funny.
<------Check out my join date, 2005, and this is my first post!

Long story short I just browse these forms and read. I currently do not and have never owned an evo rendering my input on most sub-forums useless. lol

But do not take me for a total newb, I am active in other forums.

DSMLink forums: TurboTal
DSMTalk forums: DSMonster
widsm (for thoes wi folks): JakeJeske

Bio:
location: Milwaukee WI
age: 23

Car history:
1995 Eagle Talon Tsi FWD RIP
got this car when I was 15, 6 bolt swapped ~400whp

Current Car
1998 Eagle Talon TSi AWD
~550whp

The main reason I'm posting now is that I'm out of college with my 4 year and have 6 months at my big boy job. so the time has come for me to become a more involved member in this forum and purchase an evo IX.

And I need 15 posts before I can post a WTB ad, so I figure that this is a good place to start.

Sincerely,
-Jake

Apparently, Starting a thread does not count as a post...Hmm.. well this can be #1 I guess, haha.

or not O_o

EDIT:
Come to think of it, I was sure I had some posts in the Midwest forum years ago when I went to MOD, but when I saw the stats with 0 I believed that.. Now I am not sure.
Maybe I'm Like a ghost on evom

I have no clue how the post count works here. Ive seen people make serval post and still have 0. Maybe posting in the new section doesnt count?

Yeah, you have to post in different sections. I found this out on my road to 15 posts and 15 days to be able to finally post in the Marketplace. Good luck on your hunt! Utilize local and regional owners groups, a lot of time they may have leads that arent posted anywhere. A local Evo owner pointed me towards the car I ended up just buying a couple of days ago.
