Preventive maintenance

So i was hearing this odd noise coming from my passanger front wheel so i went down to strictly modified and got it checked out. they said it was the tie rod end so i had them do that apparently didnt fix the noise issue im having so they put it back up on the lift and looked at it a little deeper and it turns out the little rubber part at the bottem of my spring is half off (no idea how) but i dont think its very serious just very annoying. but while they had it on the lift they saw that my oil pan is very rusty and my rear axle boot is leaking diff fluid (if i remember right) and im pretty tight on money right now.

So basically what im asking is what repair takes priority? Oil pan or axle boot? i also need an alignment but i can deal with it for now and i figure if im gonna get the oil pan and axle boot done i should have them do a fluid flush aswell?

Definitely the axle boot. Axles are expensive.

The stock pans do rust (mine did), just use a brush to scrape it as best as you can and hit it with some black Rustoleum spray paint (or use some undercarriage sealant), such as this:

+1. Welcome to the world of a high maintenance sports car. Your VIII is also 9 years old so it's expected.

It's not your axle boot that is leaking, it's your driver side axle seal. As far as the oil pan it's not only rusted but it also shows residual oil build up from an oil pan leak. The axle seal is alot cheaper to replace first if funds are tight. I would highly suggest not ignoring that oil pan for too long though. Let me know if you have any other questions bud.
