Around 150 psi, the cylinders should be within 15% of each other. Also when driving drive at about 60 mph and listen for drivetrain noise. Little bit is acceptable but anything that's annoying is not good. Whines in first gear is completely normal as these car's first gear are straight cut compared to being helical.
