Holy Crap He's Joking Right?!
So I'm always looking around for another Evo and I found this advertisement. I can't believe what I'm seeing here. Seriously... how much is too much for an Evo these days?

Forward that link to BubbaKush, as he is the guy who has to have an Evo with under 15k miles and will pay "Top Dollar". Haha. I don't think anyone in their right mind would pay even half that price. OP, thanks for sharing. That was my chuckle for the day.
I wouldnt sell my evo for less then 35k. Some of us have a lot of money into our cars. You guys may not see it because your used to evos with minimal mods going for 15-20k but when you drop 75+k into a car like i have you need to recoup your losses. If you bought a like new evo with low miles and built it to the point he did or to even the point i have. Youll pay out quite a bit more then his asking price. I dont think his car is worth 75... But maybe 50. This is why people part out or return to stock prior to selling.
Diamond pistons is a company

Now its more common to run 1 set of huge injectors but it used to be more cost efficient to run two sets of smaller... Or he might just have a second set not installed.

Some interwebz digging of Howie Automotive while here at work on a Sat bored pulled up that this guy does own some very fast cars. Noted a Mustang 8.20@172 and Vette 6.87@209 mph in 1/4
Guy knows how to make power but is out of his damn mind if he thinks he'll even get close to 1/2 his asking price on that EVO.

Anyone who dumps that ridiculous amount of money into a car and expects to get even close to that amount in return lives in a dream world. I mean, seriously, who dumps $50k, $60k, $75k into their car? And for what? Horsepower bragging rights? If you are a dedicated track guru, drag racer, etc., then there may be a valid point. But most people are none of those. When it comes time to sell, you wind up getting a third of that amount, if your lucky, because buyer's presumptions are that the car has been through more (code for beat to crap) than the average bolt-on car. That's why fully built Evos that have thousands and thousands of dollars of mods don't sell for much more than low mileage, bolt-on Evos. It's an Evo for crying out loud, not a Lambo, Porsche, Ferrari, Viper, Z06, GT-R, etc. People who have $75k or even $50k to spend aren't going to look at buying an Evo (unless they are one of the above mentioned people). Yes, $35k is realistic, but $50k and up, no way. Like ^you^ said, massive part out for any chance at making some coin back.
