Questions about FP Green

Merry Christmas guys hope you all had a wonderful time with your friends, Family, and lets not forget The Evo.

As my Christmas gift from me to myself I am going to buy the FP Green. But, before I buy it I wanted to ask those who know about it or who are currently running this set up a few question...

Can I use the 84mm surge cover on MAF sensor? I have an ETS Intake pipe
Will I need to purchase a sylocone reducer or have to purchase another sort of Intake Pipe?
I know FP has their intake that fits any FP Turbo.

Also, once I go this way should I expect to start braking parts? Like internals, and what not.
I don't want to push it, but I want to get around 410-420 whp. Im on both E85 and 93. Basically my goal would be anywhere before I start messing up parts. I DD my car so I really care about keeping it at a safe level, but without sacrificing some power. I drive normal most of the time once in a great while I do WOT pulls. I've heard that the Engine can take some serious power as long as I don't go beyond 450 wtq.

Let me know what you guys think, and any suggestions you guys might have

Thanks guys

Yes you can use the 84mm cover with the maf. You can use your current intake with the green also. I have a 3" intake pipe and bought a 3.25 to 3" reducer.

Torque is what will break motor and other drivetrain parts. The general consensus here is about 400wtq before you begin to endanger internals (rods specifically). Some stock motors get away with more, others blow up at much less. Although the green isn't a huge power upgrade, it is especially dangerous to motor. It spools fast and makes a lot of torque, which is what will break stuff. Any tuner worth his salt will know this and will tune accordingly. This means taking steps to allow the turbo to be responsive and spool quickly, but make peak torque at a later rpm. E85 is possible on a stock motor but obviously is a bit more tricky to get away with due to its potential to run more boost, torque and power. Browse the dyno results section to find out who to go to. I will 100% recommend Tom (tscompusa or tscomptuned.net). 400whp on a stock motor green will be no problem for him to achieve as long as you have properly selected mods (and properly installed them on a motor in good running order).

I've been running the hta green for a few years now so feel free to ask any other questions. Its a great turbo, but can kill ur motor if you don't tune/set it up properly.

Thanks for the help on the 84mm surge cover question

I am still going this route, but the money I had I now used it on a clutch kit lol

But, just so I am clear I could run this turbo and just ask for a not too agressive tune right? Can a tuner set my car to a certain goal? For instance like 400 whp with minimum boost? If I can reach this on an FP green I can be happy with this goal for quite a while
