First off I didnt come here to be ridiculed i understand that what i did was stupid and i dont need another person telling me that it was. now that i have that cleared up.....i installed a blow off valve the wrong way it was like that for like 3 weeks. after i figured it out i switched it around the right way now to the problem that(by the way existed almost immediately after i installed the bov) is currently irritating me...when my car is in idle it will jump up and down between about 750 to 300 rpms i already have done a spring adjustment on the bov itself from loosest to tightest and back several times just to make sure any suggestions

for the sst what transmission fluid should i use
proper mixture for coolant year round
