Mixing ate blue brake fluid

Hey guys, just wondering..

Since the ATE blue is not legal in the us anymore.
Do you think its ok to mix the ate blue and another ate clear brake fluid with the same dot just so i can get the blue texture?

Why you ask? Coz its so much easier for me to do a bleeding from clear to blue to clear..

I still have some 2 cans left..

Any thoughts?

No reason you cannot. People that I know who used to use the blue would go back and forth between that and the gold fluid. Same formula just different colors.

No problem at all, the formulas are exactly the same except the blue one has the blue dye.

What the F is "blue texture"? BTW, ATE blue and amber have identical "texture".

I would agree with everyone else.

You should be able to mix them with any other fluid.

Or if you prefer, they themselves advertise their Type 200 as "the same without the blue" if I'm not mistaken.
