So I'm talking to an evo ix owner about purchasing his car, he says there's a problem with the car "The compression is low on cylinder 3" what does that mean exactly? Will it cause problems in the long run or even being daily driven? Someone told me that I would have to rebuild the bottom, please help guys. A parts list and price of how much it'll cost will be great to lol thanks again guys.

If you are not rebuilding to spin really high RPM for drag racing I suggest a 2.3L stroker. It's not much more money and you will get a bunch of extra TQ down low.

 

How much will all that cost lol I know the compression thing ranges from $1200-$3000
