What next??
^ Pretty much what he said. If you try it out and enjoy what it does, like you feel it's good where it's at, then you could do little things like better springs/coilovers, exhaust, headers, intake, tune, etc. If you want more than that, then you could look into power packages. Again, the more you do the more risk but more power. My car I'm keeping it NA but I'm modifying pretty much everything else.
How much you want to spend depends on what you're trying to achieve. Just modest 15%-25% gains over stock like in the 30-90hp range, you could realistically look at $1000-$4000 total depending on what you do. It really is a ballpark figure because there are so many choices out there.

Usage doesn't deflate values unless you track it once or more a week, how it's maintained, how it looks, and how many miles affect it more. If you use it as a daily driver with occasional tracking for fun then there's nothing significant to be concerned about.
100,000 miles on a car is still 100,000 miles, how it got there isn't much of an issue.
That being said, since it's a new(?) car you should probably wait for a while as you break it in. At least 1000 miles just to be safe, then go wild and test it's limits. If you live in an area that has an abandoned airport runway or giant parking lot in the middle of the night you could do some donuts and straight line runs. Call it spirited driving to see what it can do. If you haven't had a car with such power before you might realize you got just enough to work with. Any gains less than 50hp won't be noticed very much in that case, but 50+ hp will.
