My clutch at 5500 miles is already getting soft on me and not engageing till really late. Im not one to do any launches but i am one to get one the turbo hard and bring it up to 7k rpm regularly. I also do a lot of backroad racing and therfore clutch downshifting happens a lot. I believe that our stock clutch is not meant to handle to crapload of power the turbo puts out. Thats why there are so many failing clutches so early in our cars lives. Im going to be being easy on my turbo from now on, until i have enough money to get a beefed up clutch. Anyone have any suggestions as to some quality heavy power handling aftermarket clutch replacements....??

Thanks

yea i read every post on the clutches so far... i just wanted to start a fresh one, since everyone seems so conviced its from faulty clutches, or from launching.. why the hell does mitsu put such a crappy clutch in our cars.. I mean i get no interior, i figure the money i spent could have at least gone to an excellent engine and 4wd system which it did, and an excellent clutch.. which it didnt.
