just bought a new Evo 10 Final edition last week, I wanna start buying all the parts for the car now so when i break in the engine I can install everything and get an Etune from a shop near me with the Cobb AP

This will be my daily car, i will only run 93/octane. I don't want 500 whp, just want something reliable with power. The car is already amazing stock so I don't wanna change too much on it to retain its reliability and value.
if you were me what mods would you get? I have some in mind but I'm curious as to what different combinations others can come up with.

budget $3k-4K in parts


my list so far (rough draft)
AMS Intercooler
ultimate racing 3" cat back (sounds filthy to me)
AMS cool air intake
hks blowoff
