New Evo 9 Owner

I just purchased a 2006 Apex Silver Evo 9 w/ the SSL package. It has 135k on the clock and looks like it has basic mods such as exhaust and some bolt ons. Planning to get all the fluids swapped out and figure out what kind of flash tune its running. Will probably get a compression test done and then get the shop's opinion on whether the car/motor is healthy enough to take E85. Thinking of running it in its current form and I've been researching what it'll take to get the E85 going. I believe it has 1000cc injectors and a 250lph FP so probably a fuel system upgrade is needed along with the retune.

Purpose for the car is Auto-X/HPDE (93 octane) with the occasional fun run around town. (E85). I may get the bug in the future to go more power but for now I just want a fun car to track. I've been a long time BMW guy w/ 2x 335i and 2x M4 under my belt but had Hondas in my teens and early 20's and excited to get back into a JDM ride.

@MinusPrevious is there a way to PM you? Am I too new to send PMs?

Wanted to ask if you have a mod list for your evo somewhere? I was checking out your evo in your garage link and I like the shifter that you are using. My first observation on the stock shifter is its lower than I would prefer but with driving I will get used to it I'm sure.

Also some questions regarding tune for E85

From what I'm reading the 5spd is stronger just shorter gearing. I would have traditionally wanted a 6spd as well.
