What is the nipple thing on the pipe for?? does it connect to the top right side of the engine?? i have seen that people have put "breathers" in that spot...where can i find one of those???

autzone/advanced auto parts sales breathers..but what do they do?! i'm not sure! and what are you going to do w/ the wire that used to go there?
