Decisions decisions. I can but at least 300 bucks over invoice! That is just over 31 for a loaded 04 car. He can't promise me anything but msrp on an MR when they come out (he is saying dec?).

What would you do?

 

you don't have to get a MR
you can wait for a regular 05, it still has lsd and acd and some other goodies like the MR, much better then getting an 04 and since it's not a MR you can probably get a regular 05 for a decent price too

personally I will get the MR
if i'm spending $30K+ for a car already why not just go all out and get the best
just a couple grand more

 

i'd wait, its going to cost you more for sure, but its worth the wait, and in the mean time you can save some money, so by the time you get the evo, you have some extra cash to mod it

 

Mann... invoice for an 04? You kidding... There goes our resale value. hahahah....

 

I waited 11 years after my GVR4 for the Evo. I would not wait another moment.

You should never have to pay any more than invoice guys, that's my attitude. If the car is really in demand, then it may be more difficult, but still possible. If you’re all ready getting invoice start working them, ask for goodies like a full size spare.

Although if the MR is brought over in limited quantities...

Can you tell me what invoice is for an 04?

 

It's about 31k for a loded car with leather, sunroof and infiniti sound system with subwoofer in trunk.

 

just go with 04, i read in the VIshnu forum that the 04's have a different base map and it dyoned at 220whp, the 03's dyno at 190-195whp (stock)

 

THE invoice for a 04 evo without sunroff is 27846 with a sunroof is 28609 so if you are paying 31000 your payiny too much

i highly doubt someone will be able to get the fully loaded 04 for invoice(28609)....at least at the dealerships here wont because they dont need too.......i say if ya can get it for 31 that isnt bad because here they are 32 here. Sure prices might come down a bit but ya that is less time ya have one if ya wait.

 

How much are the leather seats, though? Sounds like he's getting quite a few accessories (stereo, leather, etc).
