Remote Starters: Bad for your car?

i have had my viper790xv for over a year! no problems...my car is manual ...and i will never want to have another car without auto start!

it wont do anything to your car, some people say that the remote start can be bad for your manual tranny but im not sure if thats true..always worth an investigation... but im putting one in my car now..I use it to warm up the turbo for a couple minutes when itz winter time here in kansas.

um.. no it wont do anything to your tranny bro. The car is in NEUTRAL so the tranny is non effected.

Warm up the turbo???? Explain please.
