Supposedly real Evo 9 info
In the Februaruy 2005 issue of Sport Compact Car is an article saying that the evo nine pics floating around here are definately going to be the Evo nine. Although that rear bumper still seems unclear to me because as people have mentioned it seems that the US plates wouldn't fit on it. Anyway, they say it will have all of the MR goodies as standard, and the engine will probably come with 310-315 horsepower.

in that new panizi video, i noticed that the vortex generators werent on top (or im just blind ). also noticed mitsu did some changes to the interior also, if you look at the rear of the car, it looks like the license plate frame is the same size as the american plates. so i think this answers the rear plate dilemma im happy with the way the evo IX is coming out. just gotta wait to hear the prices. hopefully, it wont cost as much as the MR. (tho chances are it will)
