yea the EVo VIII has a navi option in UK right now. But in the US i think a Navi is just too much. It takes away from the Evos character and status

I have a Garmin iQue, which is a Palm Pilot with GPS. Works great. I have the car kit, and you just pop in the GPS, and tell it where you want to go and it talks you all the way there. If you miss a turn it recalculates the route on-the-fly. Best part is I can take it out of the vehicle when I don't need it, so no theft worries, and it's the ultimate "clean" install.

As Vtex said
The Evo VIII UK has the option and so will the IX, the IX US won't have it cause the US isn't set up for the Smart Nav system yet, probably a couple more years.

for some reason, i;d rather put an aftermarket one in. i never like leaving the factory radio in my cars. its a weird, unexplainable habit.

I have an iPAQ with GPS on it.. very similar to what nubby has. If I forget to bring my iPAQ that's why I have my navigator with me.. usually my girlfriend. I don't rely on her very much for directions since on the way to Cleveland HIN she told me the wrong exit and I had to make 3 illegal u-turns on the Ohio turnpike. I just use my head for directions now. =D
