My point is it is possible to take either one of the base US models with an unlimited budget turn em into world rally class cars.
But we already have a good idea of the baseline US models we have and their handeling characteristics.

The diff between the US Sti and the spec C is far greater than the diff between the MR and the FQ300MR. The spec C is more like a sharper FQMR than a US spec Sti.
