'05s did not come with them standard. '03s had it standard. I can't recall if '04s did. You can't put on HIDs on a non-HID equipped car. Engine harness would need to be changed, and for the price of all that you could get an aftermarket kit for less. I really don't mind not having HIDs, even though they are a bit brighter.
