Got 06 Evo MR in bound, pick your color!
I work for a dealership in Milwaukee, no real info there about the 06 MR let alone any EVO. All I got as a salesperson was that EVOs are built but are just sitting at port. No other info.

This thread is bs! The MRs won't be out til atleast January. I know i tried. You can order a regular Evo IX right now and get it in NOVEMBER. The RS and MR won't be here til atleast JANUARY according to the dealerships that i talked to who actually had a clue. I don't know what this guy is trying to accomplish by making this thread but he is lying!
Ok, you can think I am a liar, get the MR where ever you want. Walter said yesterday he will be getting the Vin#'s real soon, and as the dealership has 2 locations, they are alloted 2 MR's. And I believe 0ne is spoken for. From this "BS" thread! I am also glad AWDrift, that you happened to find the ONLY dealership in the country who has a clue! I think you have anger issues, or get mad if you dont get things your way.
Don't cry smokedmustang...We all here believe your dealership is feeding you BS. Sure, you can order one, sure you can give them a deposit. The fact of the matter is there is no information yet on arrival time or allocation.
Not to bust ***** or anything, but don't you find it a little odd that your sales guy is the ONLY guy in the country who knows for sure that an MR is inbound already. I mean, it would seem to me that the first people to get them would be the Cali dealerships as Cali seems to get all the good stuff first. But hey, I know your trying to help out the community so kudos to you.
Thanks for the info, and I apologize for my outburst, I am assuming he will get them, I am just trying to help the community, I will stay out of this now, and hopefully Walter can get you guys one WITHOUT the mark-up.

I had the owner of my dealership contact our district sales rep and he said mitsubishi has not started taking orders and has not released any more info yet. I've spoke with people at mitsubishi motors that say they are hoping to get them out by the end of october but your dealerships should know about a month before they start getting shipped.

I haven't asked for deposits or anything like that. The timeline I was given was proven to be false (always confirm with your DM, not just your GM). I'm just presenting myself and my dealership as a place to inquire. Most dealerships got 1 MR last year, and we were able to get 2, not including the one from the Tampa Car Show. If anyone is interested, it would be best to contact a local dealership to be "put on a contact list". That's all I'm stating. If someone is serious about it, and they want a specific color, then it's best to be early, instead of just taking whatever gets ordered.
