We had 3 Mr's and 2 IX's ordered. We ordered 2 graphite MR's, 1 Silver MR, 1 black IX, and 1 blue IX. Both graphite MR's are gone already. I haven't been able to get ahold of pricing yet but I'm sure they will be sold at msrp.
anyone from the area who wants the last MR should call asap or you might be waiting awhile to get one. They might not be as limited as last year but I can't see them having too many more than last year. My first one coming should be here by mid to late october with the rest ariving the beginning of november (we had to call in a favor to get that one so soon). Certain dealerships might get one early if they pressed for it, but the majority of dealerships won't be getting them in until november at the earliest.

MR production is weighted towards the beginning of the model year, my local dealer has more MR's than GSR's in the first allotment. This means by Nov/Dec a lot of MR's will be on the lots.

I was wondering - I am in the market for a new evo and I was feeling a bit better spending $35 on a car which looks like a compact after knowing about the free maintainence and 4 yr warranty, but my question was - Are you guys kinda worried by the description of the dealer's attitude when it comes time to service or fix your evos as mentioned in one of the other threads here. Does anyone know if they would give out loaner cars like infinity does when your car is in for service or warranty repairs and also if it has to be the same dealer that you purchased the car from or can you go to like any dealer and get free service within the coverage period?

I highly doubt you get a loaner when spending under 40k...but it all varies from dealer to dealer. A lot fo Audi, BMW dealers give them.

I'm sure they will be sold at msrp.

Here is a deal without the "market adjusted sales price"! if anyone wants one with the adjusted price, Pm me! I am saying this with tongue-in-cheek of course. I think there will be some kind of "market-adjustment" but maybe not as high as 3500. They will all be gone before they hit the ground anyway, and they wont be sitting on any lot. my 2c.

Unless you know the sales-guy, I would suggest sitting back and waiting for the ability to haggle around Dealer Invoice. At least that is the way it's done around here. Plus I have a great "Sale-guy"!

I agree with you, but I think these will be sold before they get there, but that depends on how many are waiting for one, and HOW WILLING they are to pay whatever it cost to get one. Werent all the others snapped up immediatley? I havent looked into it, as I have mine, and never really wanted an MR. I guess time will tell, but I see what you are saying.

ef you ck the market adustment crap. Any dealer trying this is case in point another factor in Mitsus failure in the USA. MSRP is still a sweet deal for the the dealer.

I have the VIN#'s and the prices on the two graphite grey MR's. Is this something I should post on here? (VIN#'s?) let me know if I should post them. I dont know if a thief could use the #'s for something else.

Shouldn't be a big deal to give out the VIN #'s. Dealerships give them out early all the time so customers can check what insurance will be before they purchase a vehicle.

Please dont take this the wrong way, its simply my opinion but I dont think you are doing much to help by promoting this. Messenger or not it perhaps would be wiser to not even post this 'markup' referral for the dealer. Everyone on here knows their local dealers, they can all make phone calls etc. to find out whats in stock, whats en route and the associated price.

Perhaps if you or anyone else is would like to do the Evo and future Evo community a huge favor, post some data for dealers who are not charging over sticker perhaps?
