Disappointed so far...
IT is over!! the Evo X looks nice. They still didnt even tweak the detials they said in the lights and etc. The new engine and the new stuff out for it. They def i think Evolved!! Evo X - soon or maybe a a few yrs lol to be in mines
But yeah it was a lame broadcast... I'm sure much better info will be available once time moves on, plus the interviews from different magazines and stuff might get more info too. We'll see, but so far I like what I'm seeing.
Lol. I don't know why Lancer and Neon guys don't get along. OH wait. Is it the fact that they're both four-door sedans and don't fit in with all the sporty coupes? Nahhh...
But I'm looking forward to the new Lancer and Evo X. i'll be honest, my clumsy, heavy clutch foot will gladly take a break from all the neck-breaking clutch work and take those paddle shifters.

Mitsubishi Evolution Prototype X: As Close to Production as You Can Get
DETROIT — The current Mitsubishi Evolution is one of our favorite sporty cars. Its moves are nearly telepathic on a twisty mountain road. It’s legendary 4G63 turbocharged inline four cylinder pulls with a thrust normally reserved for supercars. And the look? Well that’s pure FIA World Rally.
So when Mitsubishi showed us the Concept X at the Tokyo Motor Show a couple years back, we knew the next Evo was right around the corner. The Evo Prototype X unveiled today is as close to production as you can get. When it hits our shores late next year, we suspect an all-new turbocharged, 2.0-liter inline four. And we expect around 300 hp channeled through a highly advanced all-wheel-drive system with a paddle-shifted manu-matic transmission,
Will it be as fun and as raw as the current car? That remains to be seen. But one thing’s for certain: The styling is muscular and very, very cool. —Ben Stewart
