maybe to pass the safety tests they will come from the factory with a complete rally ready roll cage with 5 point harnesses so that the driver and passenger are completely protected should driver do something stupid, and the rear seat will now be as useful as it was on the 1st 3 generations of the eclipse, lol

 

 

why 2 door though? they should have kept the 4 door thing going..

That's not an Evo concept. It's the Concept RA.

It's not in the production pipeline that I know of, and it's CERTAINLY not replacing the Evo. If anything, it's the new Eclipse.

 

if i remember right , i do have bad memory something like 210 hp and 300 or so of tq. diesel turbo hehe. this thing is sexy in person thou ..

I know this is a bit of an old post but they did release a Pumpkin Orange Evo this October.

 

I say, instead of the electric i, they should make the concept ra their electric car. I can't take the i very seriously, especially since they will have a hard time selling the i for a reasonable price (rumored $50,000).
