Waiting for MR too

Hey,

I am waiting for my 12 MR as well, but the dealership won't return my calls to tell when exactly it is to be delivered.

Which dealership are you working with? I decided to buy from Markham Mitsubishi, but it seems like they are not into customer service excellence (as Rob Ford says)

I see that mitsubishi has 2012 information on their website now, Aero kit is now called the exterior package and they have parking sensors and interior LED as new packages.

For the 2011's, a few people started picking them up November/Early December. So maybe around that time?

Well, I guess this puts to rest any talk that 2011 was the last year for the Evo X. Someone else in this thread said there will be a 2013 Evo X and then 2014 the Evo XI will debut. Great to see that the X got a reprieve for at least a year.

I want to see one from up close... but for the looks of it, it seems ALL Lancers (maybe except the DE) have leatherish door insert, and most regular lancers have the cubby console parts on the Ralliart and MR Touring models :-/

Is it me or does the upper plastic trim on the doors looks also like made out of a softer material!???

Lancer GT (former GTS):

Want (interior pieces)

Good find. I wonder why they call it an "exterior package" though.

Getting mine from Orangeville Mitsubishi, was looking at a used 2009 MR there, and they were the only dealership to give me the time of day. Markham had 2 used 08's in stock but wouldn't let me test drive either because it was beginning the "Winter Season".... This was in September.... So when I decided to get a new one, I went back to Orangeville.

If you haven't put a deposit down in Markham you might want to talk to Andrew McBride in Orangeville.

They give you a tentative build/arrival date yet?

Unfortunatley, I did put the deposit down. So I have no choice, but to deal with Markham Mitsubishi.

I did get to test drive the white 08 MR they have there, and they pushed hard for me to take that off their lot.

I'm hoping it will be delivered early next week. It's in Canada somewhere... just not sure where... I'll post when I get it.

The console part has nothing to do with me as mine is a SSL but I think the door does have softer material

O well, I will pretend I didn't read your post as I just got my 11 2 weeks ago and the dealer told me 2012 won't come out until at least late Jan

I ordered a WW 12' GSR should be coming late february, fully loaded, but now that they have info posted, I see that the exterior package (instead of aero package) doesn't list the side skirts. Does anyone know if it will? That was the main reason I ordered that package

Hey NOS,
I contacted Malloy Mitsubishi on advice from people on these forums on a good dealership in NoVa.
They replied once a month ago, and haven't responded since to several of my emails

Just curious, what dealership are you working with?
