O, come on. That car is designed by Japanese and imported to Taiwan as the Lancer Fortis series.
In China, they also sell the US version as well.

By the way, you get any cars in China including some Europe cars that are not imported in the North America.

Its interesting how car mfg change the cars so that other potential markets buy their car.

I wouldn't buy VIII .. it was not my cup of tea. Yet the X is to my liking.
And potentially XI will not be a car I like but you might.. Its all about how they market the platform and the target group they want.

Honestly I don't think any of us in the non hybrid platform will be switching right away to the new car until its proven itself.

 

 

You are right, but hybrid is just easy to get more power and torque than petroleum. It save gas, too.
