seeing state ref, hide safc?

seeing state ref, hide safc?

i need to see a state ref due to my intake and exhaust. so im gonna put all my stock piping back on a and airbox. should i hide the safc too? how bout my cam gears? has anyone had to see a state ref before, if so what do they check?

It depends of the ref. The last time I saw one he inspected everything. If It dosnt come with the car it has to have a cab # on it . He made sure that every thing belongs to the car. The ref i got Knows alot about cars especially imports.

here in NJ. i ran through the cherry hill state inspection. with my safc still inact. they didn't care. Your cool in NJ if you have the cat.

I grew up in the Peoples Republik of Kalifornia. Never again will I live on that kommunist plot of land. It's a nice place to visit, but living there is teh sux (not the people, but the government and policies and cops etc.)

Feel sorry for you Cali. guys. I'm from Wisconsin currently living in Michigan for school and don't have a problem. I run mine catless and it seems like the louder and more smoke out the back, the cooler you are. Maybe I just live around a lot of rednecks or have not found any ***** cops yet. I hope it stays that way. Good luck with the inspections!
