PLX is my vote, why? Out standing support from them, fast shipping, cheap replacement sensor, Always trying to make improvements, Supported, tested and wizard, calibrated for the AEM EMS.

What is the update rate of the LM1? The PLX is about 10 times per second. You might have to ask yourself that question.

Note both are good products though.

The lm-1 can customize its output calibration to whatever you want.

Does the plx replace the front oxygen sensor completely? Also, how much is the zetronics one?

Zeitronix ZT2 is the way to go- listen to Mike Welch. His prices are as good as most group buys for this unit. www.roadraceengineering.com

I believe the PLX Wideband completely replaces the stock oxygen sensor.

Have you guys seen the new PLX R-500?

The zetronics one looks like it also replaces the O2 sensor. Am I correct?

Yes it can. They run from $279 to $400 to over $500 depending on display and logging options. But $279 can get you going.

When the time comes for me to start working on engine management - the Zeitronix unit is one of the first things I'm getting.

Good thing I posted this. I would have never found out about the zetronics, which is probably the one I'm going to get. Thanks.

The LM-1 has a response time of 120ms and datalogs 12 times per second synchronous. It is faster then any other setup you can buy including the a Horiba which is 50 grand.
