What size injectors do you have? I just did this today, and is really easy. Yes, you are running quite rich, lean it out a bit. Also, they never put in a timing map, you are still running the stock ecu timing. I would load up the stage 1 map from txs and take it from there. Who tuned this? I know I could do better than this. And i learned a hell of a lot today, I was on the phone with TXS for about 1.5 hours asking for a few hints and tips. Give them a call and ask if you can't find answers on here they are great over there and more than willing to help out if needed. I don't think AEM or vishnu would do that.

Just a observation
2926rpm 9.65afr wow!!!

That is not like Nick, he definetly knows what he is doing. He's tuned many Evo's very well, mine included. I have no clue to the 9.x?

first off, do a REAL pull. 3rd gear from 2500 rpm to 7500 rpm. I looked at the log and saw very few 100 TPS events. Fuel is terrible. When you log, peg the pedal to the floor and hold it there till 7500 or so. Then post it. We need to see the full rpm range logged. But what little your showing looks poor.

Before you freak, make sure your in the right map.. Its possible your in a map other than the one he tuned for you.

Its VERY unlikely that a tuner with access to timing control, would have not used any.

In any case, like Ray said, we need a full pull at WOT in third gear from 2000rpm-7500rpm to tell you anything "useful"

However, yes, its very rich, and at 70% load site at about 70% throttle, there was still ECU for timing control, therefore Its either clearly in the wrong map, or he didn't alter the timing map.

And with such a rich reading with 880cc injectors, the scaling doesn't appear to be set, or possibly it was reset. In any case, I doubt a tuner would leave the car like that so check to make sure something wasn't overlooked.

lol well the injectors are scaled to 600 i checked and double checked i am on map 1 and running map 1.... when i talked to the "tuner" about the tune he said he doesnt touch timing unless you have a aftermarket turbo? lol i give up i got some full pulls last night ill get them posted today... i understand tuning the fuel so im sure i can end up making that fine but im still kinda sketch on the timing.

Thanks guys

so should i just scale the injectors more? or just pull more fuel over the whole power band? where is a good place to start with timing the base map off TXS?

check your plugs man, they should be carbon fouled by now. To tell you the truth, the ecu isn't doing such a bad job on the timing since you have 880's in there.
