Not yet, this is the busy time of year for me, work wise, and I havn't had time to add any new stuff in awhile. I'm hoping things will slow down a bit after the new year, and I can work on the logger some more.

The old AEM gauges read to 11:1, the new gauges read below that (to 10 I believe).

I'd like to see your program work with the new Z-Utec

During the whole time that i`m driving... the Boost gauge on UTEClogger reads anywhere from 24.9-25.7 , this is on stock map and idle speeds or 110mph , always reads between 24.9-25.7 lbs of boost... any ideas? I don`t have a boost gauge in my car.. but either way... that is NOT possible lol. Any help?

haha, yeah, you need a map sensor.

i actually bought one, but haven't installed it yet. I assume the best place would be in the link from the manifold to the bov/boost controller?

I'll see if i can snap a shot today, im just using a camera phone. With the AEM i made my own plug-n-play for the laptop. Everything i used is From Radio Shack. 2 wires of any color choice as long as you can tell the difference, 1 custom do-it-yourself serial connector, and a soldering iron. I had to also buy a Serial-to-USB adapter b/c most laptops don't have more than 1 serial port. My Utec is hooked up through the USB and the Wideband through the Serial port on the PC. The AEM has 1 random blue wire hanging of that is the Serial output(stupid why they could just make their own adapter) which is to be connected to the custom serial connector (Soldering Iron). Then you just ground out the other wire that comes out of your serial connector.

I can post a diagram if you want but otherwise i'll try to get picks ASAP

Okay, so the pictures did not turn out good at all (camera phone), but here goes nothing...

Picture 1, The Back of my PC with 1 serial port. 2 USB ports

Picture 2, The Custom Female serial connector i made containing 2 wires, 1 connected to the blue serial wire off the AEM UEGO and the other is a ground. inside the Serial connector there are 9 little prongs for data transfer and ect. I believe you have to solder the blue wire to #2 on the connector and the ground to #7
---------------
\ 5 4 3 2 1 /
\ 9 8 7 6 /
-----------

Pin | Name | Description
--------------------------------
Orange 2 | TD | Transmit Data
Black 3 | RD | Receive Data
Red 4 | RTS | Request To Send
Green 5 | CTS | Clear To Send
Brown 7 | SG | Signal Ground
White 8 | DCD | Data Carrier Detect
Blue 9 | DTR | Data Terminal Ready

Picture 3, The Serial cable from the Utec is now connected to the Serial-to-USB adapter ($30-$40 depending on where you buy it)

Picture 4, Ther Other side of the Serial-to-USB adapter

Picture 5, Both the USB and Serial connectors are on the PC and ready to go, make sure you figure out what COM ports you need to select on your PC.

Great writeup, just didn't need some pics haha, I am a compuer tech.

So I will get a serial adapter at radioshack and leave all the pins exposed except solder pin 2 and the blue wire from the AEM and the other AEM wire is the ground to go to pin #7?
