I don't know if TXS will ever give us something decent, what have we got in the last year? Nothing. I'll keep my UTEC but Maftpro will be getting my next mod dollars.

well i just called and there is nothing new thats going to be coming out.....****
They said they are working on "350z stuff" or some BS like that.

Yea, i like the Utec, i really need a Blowthrough set up for my future plans, but if there is nothing by next march..well then by by utec and Fu<k TXS

 

It's like they produce it and then forget about it.

 

Who did you talk to when you called? They obviously told you a partial bit of the truth. If you are getting rid of the UTEC by all means, but I promise everyone that who did wait, will be rewarded greatly by the new software features.

350Z Stuff, is actually been under developement for a while but all of the new hot features will be applied to the other UTEC platforms.

You wont be dissapointed if you wait.

I would never give up my UTEC. I know that there are good things coming down the road. The UTEC has the potential to do a hell of a lot more than it currently does. My plan is for to get into the 10's with the UTEC and a stockish (ix 20G) turbo.

 

We have waited, and what "other" platforms. We really could care less of the wrx, and sti updates. I am one of those people that gave up with TXS and pretty glad I did. This thread has been going on for quite a while and still no definate answer on anything. I have been through the "oh wait and see."

Why not give us some insight instead of "the other platfroms updates will be realeased."

 

Welcome to the beta test of the UTEC.

The product is obviously nice, and has potential, but this lack of the highly-touted "free updates" is pretty disappointing.

 

Jermaine, im not saying im going to sell my Utec now, all im saying is that if there is nothing out by early next year then it is coming out of my car. Sh|t i love the damn thing, its so easy to use, but i have to look at other options soon if its not going to offer speed density or a blowthrough setup of some sort ....o yea, AFR tracking would be nice too, since every other EMS has that option these days!
