Need help with wiring!
Ok, i have 2 wires for my alkycontrol kit and 1 for my aem w/b that all need to go to a power source...assuming only when the car is on.
I have done wiring before but i would just use vampire clamps to like the clock and radio in my old car for power....but i want to wire this correctly, but not sure how.
So if anyone could PLEASE help me and make it simple to understand that would be great....and if you have piqs....i will buy you a
Thanks

tap from your fuse box or ignition harness.......fuse both power wires. i would think w/ just an alky activation wire and wideband gauge a 3amp fuse should be fine on both, unless stated otherwise.

allright, but i have never tapped the fuse box before... 1 wire is for the alky pump, 1 for a led light, the other for the w/b. what type of conn. goes on the wires (do i just solder them all together) to put it in the fuse box.
I like mechanical things lol

im assuming your talking about power wires......if so try tapping from the ignition harness. now it would be even better if you have a Turbo Timer w/ the optional harness. if so, tapping from the harness would be great because your actually not tapping into factory wiring.
to tap its easy:
1 using a volt meter, test to find your accessory wire strip the accessory wire about half and inch, and run the lead wires (your alky,wb, redlight?) through it. wrap it around. lightly wire tape it. and zip tie it.
thats the M.E.C.P. (mobile electronic certified profesional) way of doing it.
2 you can just buy some T-taps and tap the same way. which ever you prefer.
once you tap, fuse each lead w/ a 3amp fuse. its simple. run a female spade connection to each terminal of the fuse. easy. done.
heres a quik picture (dont laugh)
to tap from the fuse box
test to find a 12volt source that only stays on w/ the key in accessory
use a spade to tap the source and fuse.
