Anyone Tune Apexi Power FC around Minnesota?

Hey, I just purchased an Evolution IX about 2 weeks ago, and i want to do some upgrades to it like, exhaust, downpipe, hi-flow cat, BOV, FMIC, and some Cams possibly. The reason why i would get the Power FC over a SAFC-II or a flash is because i plan on getting a turbo upgrade in acouple of years, so i might as well get the FC now, rather than later and py twice. So, i was wondering if anyone has an awd dyno and knows how to tune a Power-FC around Minnesota? If so, what is the general cost to tune one?

Thanks-Joe

One more thing....if i ended up not getting the turbo, and i just got the other stated Mods...would an SAFC-II be sufficient enough to handle that? I am just concerned about the timing aspect of the tuning...since it doesnt have contol over that...but with those mods, i suppose as long as the A/F is around 10.5:1 on 91 octane...timing should be decent. Please help

Yes S AFC should be sufficient for now. With the MIVEC setup Apexi and AEM are both working on releasing new boxes to handle it but since it is also drive by wire I doubt AEM will be available at all since they are shying away from DBW.

Apexi has not released a plug and play for the E9 as yet (due to the Mivec element). As of now, only 2 stand alone ECUs can handle the full tuning for the Evo9 - Motec M800 and HKS Fcon V-Pro.

Isn't the Autronic SM4 capable of handling the E9 as well?

M400 Motec is a great unit and available for the EVO 9. It is what I would use for now or the HKS F Con V Pro. M800 is not necessary since the EVO is a 4 cylinder. Save yourself some money and get the M400.
