280 cam question

How much vacum pressure are you guys seeing at idle with the 280s?

I see about -15lbs average, as low as -18 and as high as -10 (due to this idle surge issue I've developed)

Cam gears are set at 0.

For some reason at idle it making -5 to -9. I m on the stock turbo. Any suggestions I am on the stock cam gears.

When I get on the gas the vacuum presure drops to -15 to -20, but at idle it is only at -9. I cant figure out where a leak would be comming from.
