As long as you dont have knock, Or any of the evil signs of blowing up your motor run. The only boost gauge i trust is a map sensor. all these funky gauges that you find are worthless to me, just Xmas tree lights, that and A/F gauges

I have a GM solenoid on my car, its the sound of the solenoid allowing some boost to vent to maintain the pressure your target, its nothing to really worry about.. Its wise to run your boost no higher than 22psi on pump anyway..

If your concerned, you could run a compression test to be sure you didn't lose a head gasket, but I honestly wouldn't worry it sounds exactly like what my solenoid sounds like.

Talking

I don't know about you guys, but I'm boosting over 25psi (1.7bars) and no pinning noises what so ever. no detonations, Daily driver with 38k plus miles.
