Rev Limiter using engine cutoff

I am looking for a way to make the ECU to generate engine cutoff or fuel-cutoff on demand by feeding a signal to the ECU. This is in order to implement a RPM limit by using a Launch Control (LC) device. What I am after is to connect the LC output to 1 of the ECU inputs and to pull it high or low to cause the engine to momentarily turn off. Probably using something like pin 92 which is the MAF sensor input to the ECU.
