To Flash or not to Flash.......kinda confused on the whole thing????

I have a 06 Evo 9 MR and I currently have a ARC induction box, greddy evo 2 cat back, and i plan on getting headers and a downpipe.....and that will probably be about it for the engine (its my daily driver)....my ? is is that would it be best to get a dynoflash w/ the certain mods I have done and be finished w/ it or does the AEM EMS allow you do kinda dynoflash it yourself....im not that to experienced w/ the tuning aspect. Also if a dyno flash would be best should I stick w/ the stock boost levels for daily driving...

Thanks

Jason

The intake is pretty much a waste until you get tuned for it.

Just doing the downpipe isn't that great either because you'll still have a bottle neck from the cat and catback. With exhausts on turbo cars it's always better to start from the back and work your way to the turbo.

You truly aren't utilizing any of your mods until you get a flash.

Tuning - hands down - is was of the better mods you can do.

Get tuned!!!

There is a bunch of power to be had by increasing your boost whether flashed or not. With an exhaust and intake, you really should at least get a flash but it would be much better to get a full tune. There isn't a bunch of power to be had with headers, it's more bling than zing on a stock turbo, you will get way more power with a boost controller.

your wasting a lot of money on parts that are gonna do nothing but give you headaches. get a walbro fuel pump, mbc, get rid of the headers. run a 3" tbe and get a custome tune by dynoflash or whoever you choose.since you have the intake already your ok to go. also get a jdm mr dv(bov or a forge rs),you should be making good power and have great driveability. good luck
