Hondafan, no way man. An MBC is not used just for removing taper, whether on the stock pump or not.

Dude, don't listen to anything that shop guy told you. An MBC is awesome, and the Forge one itself is one of the best. You can put that on and set it at 22-23psi on 93oct. Just get tuned, and the fuel pump is not necessary, but it's a cheap and easy safety mod.

warr, i'm aware that that isn't the only use for a MBC. i just don't feel safe personally using it to up the boost more than the factory 20 without a tune and pump, so i won't reccomend it to others. al won't even flash people for an MBC with the boost raised higher than a certain point without a pump so i'm guessing with all the cars he's tuned he's learned that the factory pump isn't up to the task of elevated boost pressures. i'm in no way trying to flame you or say you're wrong, i just don't feel comfortable doing it.

that is the dumbest thign i have ever heard. as long as you get your ECU flash correctly, you will be happy. Stupid ****ing people lying to other people so they can sell their product. by the way greddy E-manage is a piece of S*H*I*T . either get flash or go with full stand alone like AEM EMS. or even way easier and learn it yourself "SAFC"

I keep hearing how bad the emanage is. Coming from a honda its way different but they were bad for the honda too... Jus get flashed or look for a stand alone which is a lot more then a flash
