your a/f look right to me, I would not want to be over 11.8

It depends how much meth you're running also. Stoich for pure meth is 6.4-1 and for gasoline it's 14.7-1

Sorry to deviate from the main point, but was is a good AFR for WOT to make the max power w/out putting your engine at risk, running no meth, stock turbo & cams?

It depends on what rpm and boost levels you are at. You can check some of the graphs posted on hear by some of the well known tuners that show a/f to get an idea.
