anything I need before re flash?

I have a daily driver and getting a re flash this week. I have 3 inch turbo back exhaust with 3 inch down pipe, any suggestion? They were suggesting turning boost up to 20-22 psi. Should I get a dyno tune too with it?

thanks much appreciated

you should wait on the flash and get a dp, tp, intake, boost gauge, and mbc. because you will get the most out of the flash this way. but this is my opinion and other will say differently. just my 02 cents. good luck.

In California, I would not even think about a test pipe - definately get a high-flow cat. I have the Ultimate Racing high-flow and I don't worry about the 10 whp that I'm not getting - there are other ways to get it that don't involve a huge fine. If you check the classifieds on this site, someone has one for sale I think.

You will want to get a manual boost controller and a boost gauge for sure, and really you should get the $90 Walbro. I have no mechanical ability - I don't even change my own oil or anything like that, but even I was able to swap out the stock fuel pump for the Walbro. Some will say you don't need it, but do a search and form your own opinion.

Intake if you want the sound, but the stock box is just fine for those mods. I personally went with a Buschur cone filter and like the sound, but it is not required.

Good luck!
