Gems ECU Not powering fuel pump

Recently i installed a GT35R in my EVO VI TME and upgraded the ECU to remove boost cut. I installed a gems ECU from an EVO V RS on mine but engine wont start, and i noticed the problem was that the fuel pump wasnt working. After putting back the stock ECU, the fuel rail got pressured, and tried again with the GEMS ECU. Engine started with no problems cause there was some fuel pressure on the rail, but soon stopped because of the lack of fuel.
Could be that the fuel pump signal from the ecu is bad or simply it's not compatible an EVO V RS Gems ECU on an EVO TME????
Is there any other option, any plug n' play stand alone ecu, or a piggy back??
I really need to remove the boost cut. Right now i cant boost any higher than 1.1 bar with the GT35R. Car pulls like mad, but i'm planing to boost up to 1.8 bar.
Hopping for some answeres.
Thanks.

well today i asked the previous owner of the ecu and he told me i have to switch pins between the fan and the fuel pump. It seemed to work cause fuel pump now starts, but the car runs extremely rich at iddle.
BTW is it true that at iddle fuel pump is powered with only 3 volts??? and then goes to 12???
thanks for your answere
