WTF?

in my case, my car was specially good and fast, then one day to another , something change, donīt know what, sometime i got boost other times i got alot, put donīt feel nothing. my car in 16psi, feel the same as 24psi, and that is not normal, i only heard the turbo louder but do not go.
the boost controler will make your turbo charge no matter what, he will do it, but we test the pipes we put pressure on it, and we find out that the 18psi the blow off was leaking, so the boost control can take the turbo up a peak of 24psi, but it opens so that air the maf is no reading it, no good.

IT THIS HAVE ANY SENSE.
