Start Car up..Idles high 3000 RPM (Help)

Start Car up..Idles high 3000 RPM (Help)
Just out of the blue, when I start up the car its at 3000 RPMs
Sometimes it starts at 2000 RPMs and slowly climb to 3000.
Ive made no recent changes or added any mods within the last year.
Im running the AUCTRONIC setup... but I really dont think that matters, since I read a post with someone with the AEMEMS setup with similiar issues.
