hey i have an 05 evo 8, with injen intake/ IC pipes, hks hi power catback, greddy type S bov. so what do i need or have to have to put a boost controler on to get around 18 to 20 psi, and will my car pass Smog after i put this stuff on and put it at stock boost

 

yeah you need a new boost device to boost your car up to 18 or 20 psi. you can pick MBC or EBC. manual one is cheaper around 80 and electronic one is around 600. with the upgrade you have in your car you will not pass smog.

not really. i went to REF like 4 times already and so far none of the items for this list will pass smog.
