P0104

I'm throwing this code and another one i belive 0103 for low and intermitent signals from the MAF. Any idea what could be causing this? I just did install the intake in my sig but I've gotten it tuned already.

I cleaned the MAF today. Whats the best way to check for leaks in the take pipe? I did notice I am getting more flutter than normal from my DV since the install.

The MAF wiring is still wrapped up from the factory and seems solid as hell.

Any ideas?

If you just cleaned the MAS and it worked fine before I would think you might of damaged it or the wires.

A code P0103 may mean that one or more of the following has happened:

The MAF may be disconnected, or a wiring connection may be bad
The MAF sensor may be damaged
The vehicle computer may be faulty (very rare)

A code P0104 may mean that one or more of the following has happened:

The mass air flow (MAF) circuit is incomplete (broken / frayed wire, etc.)
There is an air leak in the intake system

Also if you removed your DV check to see if its flowing the right way. Also check out your vacuum lines off of your maf pipe make sure you ran the lines right or caped the ones not in use. If your using filter oil don't over oil it or you will have to clean it all over again. That filter oil can foul the MAS and cause that code.
